Message us or check a date online
For the fastest reply, tell us the date, the age and roughly how many children on WhatsApp. If you prefer to do it yourself, the booking page shows live availability.

Choose your package and space
For Signature or All Inclusive, we’ll help you choose a space or arrange multiple spaces for a larger group, subject to availability. Private Rental gives you the whole venue for 2 hours.

Pay the deposit to hold the date
The deposit is half the estimated total, with a minimum per package. It confirms the slot and comes off the final bill.

Tell us the details
We’ll confirm food choices, allergies, decorations and timings, plus cake details if your package includes one. Share these when you book, especially if your party is only a few days away.

Arrive and celebrate
Your party space, food and decorations will be ready for your booked time. Settle the balance on the day. Children can enjoy the shared play areas before and after the party during opening hours.
Common questions
How far ahead should I book?
Book at least 3 days ahead so we can prepare your party. If you have a fixed date in mind, contact us early to check availability.
How long is a party?
Your party space and food service are booked for 2 hours. Private Rental includes exclusive use of the whole venue for those 2 hours only. All packages include shared play-area access before and after the party during opening hours.
Can adults come, and what do they eat?
Yes, and there is no charge for adults. Party pricing is per child; adults order à la carte from the full menu. Tell us in advance if you would like a pre-order so the food arrives together. With All Inclusive or Private Rental, adults can instead join the buffet at the same price per head as the kids, as long as all the adults in the group join.
Which space can we have?
Signature and All Inclusive can use the private room, outdoor terrace or indoor dining. Multiple spaces may be possible for larger groups, depending on availability. Tell us how many children and adults are coming and we’ll confirm the arrangement before the party. Private Rental includes the whole venue.
What if it rains?
We move outdoor parties indoors if it rains, and adjust the layout for your group.
Can you handle allergies and dietary requirements?
Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you book so we can discuss suitable food choices with the kitchen. Please flag severe allergies explicitly before we confirm the menu.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is 50% of the estimated total, with a minimum of ฿2,000 for Signature, ฿5,000 for All Inclusive and ฿10,000 for Private Rental. It holds your date and comes off the final bill.
What food is included?
Signature includes a 2-course set meal from our kids menu and a drink. All Inclusive and Private Rental include a party-food buffet and unlimited soft drinks for 2 hours, plus a custom birthday cake. We’ll confirm food choices with you when planning the party.
Are entertainers and activities included?
They are optional add-ons you can add to any package: foam party, piñata, character animators, face painting, cotton candy, a cryo show and a soap bubble show. Prices are on the packages page. For anything else, just ask.
Can you accommodate a larger group?
You can book Signature and All Inclusive online for up to 60 children. For a larger group, message us to discuss the spaces and setup. Private Rental is for 40–120 children and includes the whole venue for 2 hours.
Can we do something custom?
Usually, yes. For themed decorations, extra activities, a particular cake or an unusual running order, just ask. If we cannot do it in-house we will normally know someone who can.
